Applications are being accepted now through November 21, 2022, for affordable housing at Halletts Point 7 in Astoria, Queens. Located at 3-24 27th Avenue, Halletts Point 7 features 145 newly constructed apartments. There is a preference for 50 percent of the units to be rented to eligible NYCHA residents. Interested NYCHA residents may apply by visiting the NYC Housing Connect website at https://housingconnect.nyc.gov/PublicWeb or request an application by mail.
